Production time is 12-14 business days for can coolers, cups, shot glasses, coffee sleeves and napkins; and 16-20 business days for matchbooks and matchboxes. Please add 2-6 business days to these timelines for custom illustration items. Production times include proofing time.

Most items can be rushed for an additional fee, such as the can coolers, cups and shot glasses. Please contact us for pricing and times.

Production times do not include shipping times.

If you are in the USA, all items typically take 2-5 business days. We ship by UPS. We also offer 2-day UPS and overnight UPS upon checkout. Standard shipping isn't guaranteed, if you need guaranteed shipping please contact us for options.

If you are located in Canada, standard shipping typically takes 8-14 business days. We also offer 1-3 day FedEx rush shipping (depending on your location).

International shipping takes approximately 8-16 days. We also offer 1-3 day FedEx rush shipping (depending on your location).

Shipping times do not include production times.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages, if the wrong address is provided.

We are unable to take returns, or offer exchanges, since all of our items are one-of-a-kind and custom-made.

For customized items, such as cups and can coolers, it is important to make sure that the spelling, grammar, colors, and information on your proof is correct. By approving the proof, you are accepting it as it appears. Once the proof has been approved, it will be sent promptly to print, and it will be too late to change it.

If your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days.

If you are in the USA, you will not need to worry about duties, as our items ship from the US.

Canadian and international customers may need to pay a duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
